Coaching SessionsShirley Cress Dudley offers 50 minute coaching sessions. These sessions are held by telephone, and are $95 prepaid. (If you have financial issues, mention this to Shirley in your initial email.) Coaching is different from counseling. Coaching is more direct, and
less intensive than face-to-face counseling. Counseling may extend for years- coaching is short term, and can be from 2-12
sessions, depending on the particular topic and need. Weekly sessions are recommended. Each session includes:

She is an LPC (licensed professional counselor) in the state of North Carolina. Shirley lives in a blended family with 5 kids and her husband Eric- 2 are biological and 3 are stepkids.
